• Graduate students and early-career researchers in Türkiye can apply for financial support through the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Grant Program to attend ISDCG2027. For eligibility criteria, application guidelines, and deadlines, please visit the website.
  

Registration Fees

Registration Policy

1. All the registration and accommodation fees are shown in Euro (€) and include local VAT.

2. To qualify for the listed rates, registration fees must be paid before the deadline.

3. Full payment of registration fees must be paid before the deadline to receive a confirmation of participation.

4. Registrations cannot be confirmed without full payment.
   
   

Payment Details

Credit Card

Visa and Mastercard payments must be 3D Secure authenticated, otherwise, payment requests may be declined. If your card isn’t 3D Secure enabled, please contact your bank to have this feature activated.

Bank Transfer

1. All fees are to be paid in Euro (€).

2. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, the participant’s name and surname must be written in the description area.

3. For payments made by bank transfer, the transfer cost must be covered by the participant. Otherwise, this cost needs to be paid at the registration desk.

4. After the payment, the receipt must be shared with the Organizing Secretariat via info@isdcg2027.com to receive a confirmation of the registration.

Terms and Conditions

General

1. Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the late-registration fees will be applied.

2. Late registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the on-site registration fees will be applied.

3. Registrations are valid for those who register and complete the payment. Registrations are non-transferable.
   

4. Registration for the ISDCG2027 is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.

5. In cases of overpayment or double payment, refund requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to info@isdcg2027.com. Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the symposium.
   

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the Organizing Secretariat (info@isdcg.2027.com) until 1 August 2027. The cancellation fee is 20€.

2. Cancellations after 1 August 2027 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
   

3. Registration or participation changes after 1 August 2027 are not possible.

4. There is no reason (including illness etc.) for registration cancellation that makes the above-mentioned deadline for cancellations inapplicable. 

Insurance

The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property that may occur as a result of participation in the ISDCG2027.
