Participation Procedure

Step 1: Get in Touch: To inquire about  sponsorship or exhibitor opportunities, please send an email to info@isdcg2027.com. 

Step 2: Define Your Needs: Please  specify your company’s needs and objectives in your email. This will help us  identify the most suitable sponsorship options for you.

Step 3: Review Sponsorship Options: In  the response to your email, detailed information about the sponsorship  opportunities that best fit your company will be provided.

Step 4: Complete the Sponsorship  Agreement and Payment: Once you choose a sponsorship opportunity, complete the  necessary documents, agreements, and make the payment to proceed with the  process.

Step 5: Engage with Us: After your  sponsorship is confirmed, our team will work closely with you to ensure a  successful presence at the event, providing support throughout the process.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations can only be refunded in  the case of a written notification before 30 June 2027. The following  cancellation fees apply and will be deducted:

• Until 30 April 2027: No cancellation  fee

• Until 31 May 2027: 50% cancellation  fee
  

• No refunds will be made after 30 June 2027.

Pandemics, Hazards and Force Majeure

Any person who attends the symposium on-site in Ankara is obliged to follow any official regulations regarding  health and hygiene that are valid during the conference runtime. Such regulations are considered official and mandatory if publicly announced by the  World Health Organization (WHO), the government of Türkiye, the city of Ankara, or the METU as the hosting venue.

The obligation to follow official health and hygiene regulations is not only applied to COVID-19, but to any other pandemic or epidemic that might occur in the future.

Hazards that make it impossible to run the ISDCG2027 at the METU grant ARKON GROUP the right to cancel  the event and therefore terminate the exhibition booth rental including the Standard Exhibitor Service. In such cases, the full booth rental fee is reimbursed. ARKON GROUP, however, will not be liable for other costs the  exhibitor might have had (e.g., travel and accommodation of booth  representatives, planning of booth material).

Insurance and Liability for Sponsors 

As a sponsor of the ISDCG2027, it is essential to understand your responsibilities regarding insurance and  liability. 

Insurance Requirements: Sponsors are required to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their participation in the event. This includes general liability insurance to cover any potential claims arising from their activities during the symposium.

Liability Disclaimer: The organizing committee will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by sponsors or their  representatives while participating in the symposium. Each sponsor is responsible for their own materials, equipment, and personnel.

Compliance with Regulations: Sponsors must adhere to all local laws and regulations related to safety, health, and environmental standards during the symposium. 

By participating as a sponsor, you  acknowledge and accept these terms to ensure a safe and successful assembly for all involved.

Security

Security is provided in all of the exhibit areas during off-hours, and reasonable precautions to safeguard exhibitor property will be taken. However, there is no guarantee, and neither the ISDCG Organizing Committee nor the conference organizer is liable for any loss or damage. Thus, exhibitors are encouraged to remove any valuable items from the exhibit area  each evening.
